Dr. Russell J. Kort has over 40 years of medical experience. As a Chiropractor, of more than 25 years, he has been working in brain rehabilitation and concussion - like symptoms associated with our World Wide Digital Environment.
He is the Lead Clinician of DoctorEMF® and is an author, educator, speaker and thought leader on
EMF Radiation Protocols in Clinical Practice.

During his childhood he was exposed to an aggressive allergy shot regimen (4 shots a week), from age 3-11 yrs old. He suffered from multiple concussions, and undiagnosed sleep apnea (snoring) until he was 50 years old. In 1987, Dr. Kort began to experience concussion - like symptoms while working in the Australian Cell Phone Industry.

Joanette Biebesheimer is a Breast Cancer Thriver, Biochemist and Environmental Scientist. She is an educator, speaker, and is the Lead Researcher of DoctorEMF®.
Her sole focus the past decade was to create precision-based actionable steps for the Cell Danger Response (CDR) and Salugenesis for the clinician, based on the research of Dr. Robert Naviaux, for those who are suffering from concussion - like symptoms from
Non-Native EMF Radiation exposures.
- Joanette is on faculty at the Sleep Balance Academy, She has collaborated in sleep biomarkers, and sleep frequency technology development. She is researching the critical roles of Circadian Biology Disruption and Chronic Intermittent Hypoxia (CIH) as major stressors of Chronic Disease, hindering the bodies innate ability to heal.
She has managed complex environmental monitoring projects as a contractor for both the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (DOD) dealing with (chemical, nuclear and mixed radioactive waste) in some of the most dangerous places on the planet. Her pioneering multi-disciplinary approach to research and development has made her force in implementing restorative sleep medicine into practices.
